Jan has worked as a real estate assistant since 1986 and has worked in all facets of real estate including residential sales, commercial sales, property management, vacation rentals, and title insurance. Jan obtained her real estate license in 2008 and was named Rookie of the Year by the Key West Association of Realtors in 2010. She has earned the Short Sales & Foreclosure Resource (SFR) designation and is a graduate of the City of Key West Ambassador’s class of 2010.

When not working and volunteering with the American Cancer Society, Silverliners of the Florida Keys, Cub Scouts, Girl Scouts and Key Kids she enjoys spending time on the water, boating, fishing, or snorkeling with her 9 year old twins.
